The schools listed below meet between 1 and 3 times per week. They are not accredited programs. They are beneficial to many families because they provide a community as well as instruction. Participation in these programs would require the student to also be enrolled in a PSP, Charter School or file a Private School Affidavit.
Classical Conversations is a complete curriculum for grades K-12. There are several campuses in the South Bay. Students meet once per week for classroom instruction, but parents are responsible for overseeing the schoolwork, which is completed at home. Parents are required to stay and participate during grades K-6. It is a drop-off program for grades 7-12. Classical Conversations is a Christian program.
Highlands Latin School operates more like a traditional private school. It is a drop-off program. Students attend 2-3 days per week and wear uniforms. Teachers provide all instruction, and students are given homework. The curriculum is published by Memoria Press. Highlands Latin is a Christian school.

Golden Star offers academic and extra curricular classes for elementary and middle school students. This is a drop-off program. Classes are offered Monday through Friday. Parents select individual classes for their children. Charter funds are accepted.
