Reporting Incidents of Bullying
If your child has experienced bullying at school, it is important to follow the proper documentation procedures. Incidents of bullying are reported to the school district by filing a Uniform Complaint. Each incident should be documented with a separate filing. This is very important.
Only the parent can file a Uniform Complaint on behalf of one child, but if the problem affects multiple children, then anyone can file the complaint. Submit the Uniform Complaint to the following email address: complaints@pvpusd.net

Legal Requirements For PVPUSD
The PVPUSD has the responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and shall investigate complaints alleging failure to comply with those laws and regulations pertaining to discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and/or bullying and unauthorized charging of pupil fees for educational activities, and failure to comply with legal requirements pertaining to the Local Control Accountability Plan.
